On behalf of the Viotto and Hughes families, we would like to welcome you to the ranch. A part of our family for more than six generations, it’s our hope that we can not only share the high-quality beef that we strive to cultivate but also the peace of mind that this land brings to our lives.
VIOTTO FAMILY
Michael & Kathryn
Michael grew up in Stephenville, Texas and graduated from Texas Tech University. A house divided, Kathryn graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. Michael and Kathryn, both in finance, met in Houston at work. They married in February 2021 and recently welcomed their first child, Kate Lynn Viotto. The couple resides in Kathryn’s hometown, Tomball, Texas with their beloved pup, Precious – a true cow dog!
HUGHES FAMILY
Dustin, Lindsey, Max & Parker
Two high school sweethearts from Stephenville, Texas, Dustin and Lindsey Hughes grew up together and went on to Lubbock and graduated from Texas Tech University. After their Red Raider journey, they moved to Fort Worth to start their careers and family. They have two beautiful kids, Max and Parker, and two pups – Charli and Beau. When they’re not at the ranch, you can find them cooking on the patio with friends or having fun around town with the family.
