PLACING YOUR ORDER
We take reservations for whole, half and quarter packages to be delivered once a year. To make your reservation, review the options, make your selection and fill out the request form. You’ll promptly receive a confirmation message regarding the availability of your order.

Waiting List
You’ll be placed on the Viotto Cattle Company's waiting list and contacted to discuss timing and delivery.
Delivery and Payment
You’ll only pay when your order is ready, we will coordinate with you on payment and delivery.
STORAGE
An important step to collecting your fresh beef is establishing the space to store it for months to come. Additional freezer space may be needed to provide for orders above a quarter cow and should be considered prior to pickup. Here is a visual guide to what you can expect for necessary space. Weight and size of orders may vary.
